Costa Rica Danilo Salazar, 12 oz

Danilo Salazar has spent over half his life perfecting growing and processing techniques. Together with his son, Pablo Andrés, the pair produces coffee on their 30 acre farm in Costa Rica’s Alajuela Province. They also own their own micro-mill here, allowing them the time to perfect their processing techniques. The duo processed this micro-lot as a natural, being left to dry in the fruit on patios and raised beds. This traditional method produces a well balanced fruit forward cup, and uses much less water than fully washed processing methods. These are our favorite kinds of naturals. Sweet and juicy without any hint of over- fermentation.
