The Cajamarca region in northern Peru is vast and mountainous. High elevations, warm daytime temps and cool nights are perfect for coffee production, and this climate is part of what makes coffee from Peru so special. More than 2800 coffee growing families work with Cenfrocafe to sell their coffee for export. They receive training and technical help from the cooperative to help perfect their already great coffee.
