We source beans from trusted partners, roast them in small quantities right here in the Brew City, and taste every single one until it's just right for your cup.

Every coffee tastes like where it came from - climate, soil, and elevation all leave their mark on how it will eventually taste in your cup. That's why origin matters.
Ethiopian coffees tend toward bright, citrus notes; Guatemalan ones lean rich and chocolate-forward. Some surprise you with flavors you never expected, while others are best when blended, balancing strengths from different corners of the world that no single origin could pull off alone.
The coffee beans are picked at the right moment, handled with care, and dried slowly so the flavor stays intact until they reach us. When they do, we taste everything and only keep the ones that genuinely excite us.
Then comes roasting, where patience and heat do their best work. Every bean already holds its flavor, roasting just wakes it up. Too little and it never gets there. Too long and you lose what made it worth sourcing in the first place. Get it right and you’ll taste the care behind every step, right there in your cup.
