*If you’re unsure of grind type, just let us know. When you add this coffee to your cart, you’ll have a chance to let us know how you brew your coffee so we can grind it how you like it.

From the Rianjagi Cooperative Society in Kenya's Embu region, grown at 1,600 to 1,700 masl - one of the areas Kenyan coffee owes its reputation for complexity to. Washed process, SL-28 and SL-34 varietals. It's new to our lineup, and we're already excited about it.

In the bag: Net Weight 12oz (340g) of locally roasted coffee.

In the cup: Bright grapefruit-like citrus up front, blackberry candy and brown sugar through the middle, with a few herbal notes as it cools. Bold, full-bodied all the way through.

Plain talk: A juicy, citrusy cup with a little sweetness and a bit of herbal character at the end - great black, holds up fine with cream too.

This one's got layers.
