Dinkalem's farm is located in the village of Checko, in Ethiopia's Keffa zone. Dinkalem is a land steward here. With old and new coffee trees planted together, he and his community-based team prune and remove older trees when necessary to keep quality sharp and yields high. Dinkalem also owns wet and dry mills in the area, where his team can process their own coffee for export. This coffee brings back memories of some of the very first Ethiopian naturals we've ever tasted - fruit-forward, juicy, smooth creaminess. You won't forget it.

In the bag: Net Weight 12oz (340g) of locally roasted coffee.

In the cup: Blueberry, honey, coconut, and cream. Natural process, soft acidity, silky body.

Plain talk: A fruity, almost dessert-like cup - think blueberry and coconut cream, smooth and easy to drink, nothing sharp about it.

This coffee tastes like one of the naturals that got us hooked on naturals in the first place
